My Story:

I have been having weight issues for 15 years, but I was in denial about it. I remember passing by Diet Doctors medical office for years, but kept telling myself, that I'm fine. However, one day I forced myself to go inside to at least see what they do. I was a little skeptical after trying almost every diet out there and although still in doubt I gave it a try. During the first two weeks I did everything as instructed; I went to the gym, watched my portions and took my medication as prescribed. The free weekly B-12 injection proved to be very important and helpful in my weight loss success too. Within a year, my weight dropped from 291.5 lbs to 215 lbs (76.5 lbs), and my pants waist size decreased from a size 48 to 36.

 

My experience with Diet Doctors and their staff:

The Diet Doctors staff, especially Eva and Daisy, are very helpful and they're always open to answer every question I have regarding my weight loss goals. The physicians are very professional and Board Certified. The office is always neat and wait time is never more than five minutes.

 

What motivated me to lose weight?

I wanted to achieve better health and feel good overall. I also wanted to fit into better attires (suits) and jeans.

 

What were/are my biggest challenges?

I experienced my biggest challenge when reaching the plateau (a certain period when the weight loss slows down). But I was able to get passed that barrier with some hard work and thanks to the help of the Diet Doctors staff. Everything else has come rather easy to me.

 

Special tip(s) I would like to share:

Don't worry about the pounds so much as it is the inches that will show you the results. Take your medication exactly as the physician prescribed and make office visits part of your weekly routine.
